This fantastic new project is located on Obzor coast on the Black Sea Coast. Near to white sandy beach and the future Yatch Port. The town of Obzor lies in the skirts of the eastern part of the Stara Planina Mountain with the mountain ridge raising to the west of the city and the Dvoynitsa river bounding it to the north. The long beach by the town extends from the St. Atanas cape to the north to the southern Mona Petra cape to the south. Obzor is a coastal town located on the Black Sea coast surrounded by vineyards, forests and farms. It has a population of 2,000 people and is approximately 20km north of Sunny Beach and within an hour’s drive of two international airports located outside Bulgaria’s second and third largest cities of Varna and Bourgas. The town is rich in history, which stretches back over a thousand years through the settlements of the Greeks, Romans and Ottoman Empire, and today there are many sites remaining of historical and cultural interest. The centre of Obzor contains a host of shops and restaurants together with a bank, post office pharmacy and hospital. Entertainment is also featured in the form of folk music and dance theatres, circus, cinema and an area for sports activities. The Black Sea also offers the opportunity for fishing and water sports. Obzor beach is one of the last remaining undeveloped stretches of naturally sandy coastline in Bulgaria. The beach itself is one of the best in Europe with the crystal clear waters known for their clean, safe swimming during summer months.



The complex will comprise 110 apartments fully furnished situated in 4 blocks around the swimming pools. The complex is in 200 m walking distance to the beach.

There are one and two bedrooms apartments, fully furnished:

  • kitchen: oven, ceramic hob, washing machine, fridge

  • living room: 2 stools, 1 coffee table, 1 dining table, 4 chairs, wardrobes, 1 sofa, 1 small table,

  • bedrooms: 2 beds with mattresses, a wardrobe, a mirror
