A small holiday complex of 3 blocks will be built by the end of 2007 in the villa zone next to the famous Black Sea resort Golden Sands, only 800m from the beach. The distance to Golden Sands resort is only 2 km and to the largest town in the region - Varna (the summer capital of Bulgaria), is only 9 km.
